Goods are despatched within a minimum of 10 days as each engagement ring is made especially for the diamond or semi-precious stone purchased to have a more exceptional look. Some orders could take up to 5 weeks due to the complexity of the design or due to seasonal order increases but one of our experts will inform you of this prior to taking your order. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery which will arrive before 1pm once shipped and is fully insured. If you wanted to upgrade your delivery to a before 9am or a Saturday delivery, then this might incur an extra charge, and this will be explained to you by one of our engagement ring consultants prior to ordering.

If you believe your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, you may return for inspection. If we believe your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, then we will repair your item or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item.

If we determine that the item is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know how much to repair or replace the item.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in coloured gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.
