Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can place an order over the phone. Most of our clients choose to order direct from our webshop pages, but our sales team will welcome your calls during our business hours on  0800 520 0084 or +44 800 520 0084 (outside the UK). Please note our business hours are 09:00 am to 18:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 09:00 am to 14:00 pm Friday, British time. We do not open on bank or national holidays.

To help you when you call, can you please make sure that you have made a note of the product code – that's the 'Item Ref' number you will see under the item description heading.

If you are ordering a ring, please ensure that you know the ring size you require.
